For the past two years, we have attended the Nevada City Growers' Market on York Street between Broad Street and Commercial Street. The market is open Friday mornings from 8:30 to noon starting in August and runs through the end of September. It's a great market, cool and partially shaded in the morning and with plenty of parking.
We also attend the Mill Street Thursday Night Market in Grass Valley on Mill Street, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. It's a street fair and a produce market, and in addition to many produce vendors, you'll find music, prepared food and crafts and more.
